ZTE may be preparing to launch a new 7 inch tablet with a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor. According to Greek site Techblog.gr, the ZTE V72A will run Android Jelly Bean and supports 3G/HSPA networks.

The tablet is said to feature a 1024 x 600 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of built-in storage. The limited storage and screen resolution suggest that this could be a relatively low-cost tablet.

There’s no official word on how much the tablet will cost or when or where it will be available.

It’s also expected to have a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, and HDMI output, as well as a 4000mAh battery. The tablet should measure about 0.45 inches thick and weigh about 15 ounces.
