What do you get if you take the specs of the latest Android superphones and stuff them into a case that’s nearly the size of a tablet? Apparently ZTE wanted to find out, because that’s a pretty good description of the company’s Nubia X6.

ZTE Nubia X6

The ZTE Nubia X6 features a 6.44 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage, and a 4250mAh battery.

It has a 13MP rear camera… and a 13MP front-facing camera.

The phone also features dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and dual SIM support in China. It’s not clear if ZTE plans to sell this phone outside of China.

ZTE will offer two models. The cheaper version will have a 2.3 GHz processor and 32GB of storage, while the high-end model has a 2.5 GHz CPU and 64GB of storage.

  1. Why do all the big phones go to Asia. The ones in the US are expensive and perhaps getting old.
