Viliv is introduces three new tablets: two Android models and one slate computer running Windows 7.

The Android tablets come in 7 and 10 inch sizes, and are labeled the Viliv Android Tablet X7 and X10, respectively. Both feature 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processors, Power VR SGX 540 graphics, and will ship with Google Android 2.2 when they launch in March and April. Viliv plans to updated the software to Android 3.0 when it’s available.

Viliv will offer optional features including 3G and 4G mobile broadband. They each come standard with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and front and rear-facing cameras.

The new Windows tablet is called the Viliv X70 Windows 7 Slate. It’s an updated version of the company’s current X70EX, with added support for multitouch as well as a “next generation” mobile CPU from Intel and 2GB of RAM.
