Dell hasn’t officially announced plans to release a 14 inch ultrabook yet. But that didn’t stop Amazon from briefly posting listing for Dell XPS 14 ultrabooks on its website today.
The pages are gone, but Google still has a cached copy, and the folks at CNET managed to save some specs for two different models of the Dell XPS 14.

Both models feature 14 inch displays, but the $1199 Dell XPS14-9092sLV has 4GB of RAM and a 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5-3317U processor while the $1299 XPS14-10909sLV has 8GB of RAM and a 1.9 GHz Intel Core i7-3517U CPU.
Each laptop is equipped with a 17W Intel Ivy Bridge processor and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. And each measures about 0.7 inches thick, weighs about 3 pounds, and has a 500GB hard drive.
The pricier model has a screen resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, but details aren’t available for the screen resolution on the Core i5 version.
Dell currently offers only one ultrabook, the XPS 13 with a 13.3 inch display.
Update: The Inspiron 14z and 13z will be available starting June 19th for $600 and up.
