The Samsung Series 5 Chromebook goes on sale June 15th, and Samsung is already starting to promote the laptop. The company has posted a 3 minute video highlighting the Chrome OS laptop’s features.

The video shows how quickly the laptop resumes from sleep (just a few seconds), how quickly you can get online (pretty much as soon as you login), and well.. honestly, that’s most of it. Anything you can do in a web browser you can do with Chrome OS.

You can also get a good look at the hardware, all the ports, the keyboard, and other components. I have to say, the laptop looks pretty nice… for a machine that basically just runs a web browser.

The good news is that Google has built-in a file browser, video chat, and other functions that you’d normally only find in a desktop operating system.

You can find out more at the Samsung Series 5 website, or check out the video after the break.
