Samsung has been offering netbooks with built-in 4G modems for at least a few months. But to date, Samsung’s 4G netbooks were only compatible with WiMAX networks. Now the company is sprucing up its 4G lineup with a shiny new LTE modem.
At Mobile World Congress in Barcelona today Samsung announced that it would launch LTE capable versions of the recently introduced Samsung N150, N210, and N220 mini-laptops. All three models sport 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel displays and 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processors. The N150 is generally the cheapest of the bunch, selling for under $350 in the  US. No word on how much the LTE modem will up the price, although it’s likely that you’ll be able to pick these models up at subsidized prices when you sign up for a long term service contract with a 4G wireless provider.
