Pushing the boundaries of “low cost” laptops, Pioneer Australia is set to release two new netbooks in July. The DreamBook Light CE2A is based on the same reference design as the upcoming Everex Cloudbook, but costs over $100 more at $599 AU or about $577 US.

The company is also releasing the DreamBook Light M91, an $899 AU/$866 US laptop with an 8.9 inch touchscreen display that swivels for use in tablet mode. The M91 bears a striking resemblance to the Gigabyte M912, and based on the name and product images I’m going to go out on a limb and say the two computers are based on the same design.
