The Oppo Find 7 is one of the first smartphones with a 2560 x 1440 pixel display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. Announced in March alongside the cheaper (and less impressive) Find 7a which is already available for purchase around the globe, the Oppo Find 7 is now up for pre-order in China.

It’s expected to hit the streets on May 29th.

The Oppo Find 7 has a 5.5 inch, WQHD display with 538 pixels per inch. It has 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 13MP camera, and the ability to take 50MP pictures by stitching multiple images together with software.

The phone can also shoot 4K video at 30 frames per second and features a 3000mAh battery.

While the phone will be available first in China, Oppo plans to launch the Oppo Find 7 internationally by June.

  1. I’m curious to hear more about the display. OLED or LCD (hopefully IPS)? I’d like to see how colour accurate these 1st-gen WQHD smartphone screens are.
