The MSI Wind U110 Eco is a low power 10 inch netbook with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor, GMA 500 graphics, and a 3, 6, or 9 cell battery. It doesn’t have the hybrid HDD/SSD storage that the Wind U115 Eco had, but since Microsoft bullied MSI into discontinuing that product, the U110 Eco is probably going to have the best battery life of any MSI netbook available today. And the Wind U110 Eco is now shipping in the US.

Of course, the Atom Zxx series processor isn’t quite as powerful as the Atom N270 or N280 processors more commonly found in netbooks. But the GMA 500 graphics includes HD video acceleration for handling 720p and even some 1080p videos.

The laptop has 1GB of RAM, but can support up to 2GB. it also has a 160GB hard drive, 10 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and runs Windows XP Home.

The MSI Wind U110 is available with a 9 cell, 7800mAh battery from Amazon for $399.99.
