very nicle looks this computer working without wire 😉
on phot os wire dont exist 😉
Importantly, at just 35 watts, it has a power supply that is reasonably small. Maybe 1/3 the size of the 5×5 box? A major disadvantage of say the NUC11 and similar devices is that the 90 watt power supply and cables are bigger and heavier than the pc itself — a fact seldom revealed by manufacturers and retailers. That’s an ok conceit with laptops which can function without the supply, but not with desktops where it limits their application.
Yes, looks like a fairly standard laptop brick, though at 35W they could have just used usb-c PD, but I imagine they’d then have to deal with customers trying to use underpowered phone chargers to run it.
35 is just the CPU. You still need at least a few more Watts for the usb ports and other parts like the WiFi and Bluetooth. If I were to guess, I’d says this will have 65 or 90w power brick
I don’t think these foreign companies are quite getting…still. Noone wants those obnoxious labels on the top of their pc. Since this comes with Manjaro KDE Plasma pre-installed, if that label was removed, I’d stand in line to buy this…I like it that much.
We’ve been saying this for years…when are they going to pay attention?!
