Minimount offers two lines of high quality, and moderately pricey products for netbooks: hard shell cases and mounting kits. The mounts run between $30 and $170, while the cases cost between $79 and $99.

But what you get is a hard shell case that’s designed specifically for your netbook (about 15 different netbook styles and configurations are supported), and/or a mount that can be used in a variety of different situations. The cheapest mount can be screwed into a table base in order to elevate and/or angle your netbook, while the higher end models can be clamped onto a variety of surfaces and adjusted almost infinitely due to multiple joints.

Still, you could easily spend $200 on these accessories, which seems kind of silly when you’re dealing with a $300 netbook. But if you really need to use your computer in your car or another non-office environment, these cases and mounts could come in handy.
