Swiss retailer melectronics is selling a budget netbook conveniently called the M-Budget netbook. The mini-laptop’s most distinguishing characteristic has to be its rather striking (and not necessarily in a good way) green lid. But a close second would be the relatively low price of 333 Swiss Francs, or about $324 US. While you can certainly find cheaper netbooks, that’s not bad at all by European standards.

The M0Budget MO-D250-0DGR features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and a 10.1 inch display. It has 802.11b/g WiFi, Ethernet, a webcam and a flash card reader. The laptop runs Windows 7 Starter Edition.
