SunShine is tool for unlocking the bootloader on a number of HTC smartphones including the HTC One M8, HTC One M7, and older models including the HTC One X.
Soon you might be able to use SunShine to unlock Motorola devices as well. Developer Justin Case has posted a video of SunShine for Motorola and says it’s coming soon for the Moto G, Moto X, and Verizon devices including the Motorola Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx.
Update: SunShine now supports the Verizon Moto G.
