Samsung’s Chromebook 2 laptops went up for pre-order recently, with promised ship dates of late April. Now it looks like the ARM-based, octa-core Chrome OS laptops will ship in late May instead.
Meanwhile, there’s mounting evidence that the first Chrome OS laptops from Asus will launch soon.

Samsung’s Chromebooks will come with 11.6 or 13.3 inch displays for prices starting at $320. The larger model starts at $400 and will be one of the first Chrome laptops with a 1080p screen. Folks have been using VPN services to fool sites like Hulu and Netflix into thinking they’re streaming from supported countries for years.
