LG unveiled its first wearable fitness trackers at CES in January. Now they’re ready to ship. The LG Lifeband Touch smartwatch/activity tracker and a set of Heart Rate monitoring earphones will go on sale in the United States on May 18th.

They’ll be available in select markets in Europe and Asia in the coming weeks.

LG hasn’t yet announced the pricing for either device.

LG Lifeband Touch

Lifeband Touch

The Lifeband Touch straps to your wrist like a watch or a bracelet, and lets you keep track of your data on an OLED display.

It has a 0.9 inch, 128 x 32 pixel display, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity for pairing with your phone, and a triple-axis accelerometer and altimeter to track your movements in real time.

You can also pair the Lifeband Touch with your phone to view caller ID and text messages while your phone stays in your pocket. You can also use it to control music playback on your phone.

LG says the 90mAh battery should supply “days” of battery life.

All told, the Lifeband Touch sounds a lot like Samsung’s Gear Fit. But while Samsung’s wearable fitness tracker only officially supports Samsung phones and tablets, the Lifeband Touch should be able to pair with many Android and iOS devices.

Heart Rate Earphones

You know how you can sort of hear your heartbeat when you’re working out hard enough that the blood starts pumping near your ears? LG is making the most of that phenomenon with a new pair of earbuds that can track your heart rate and oxygen consumption while delivering your music straight to your head.

The earphones can be paired with the LG fitness app on your phone with a clip-on Bluetooth medallion. You can also combine the Heart Rate Earphones with the Lifeband to track more data.

There’s also a built-in mic that lets you make hands-free calls or use voice controls on your phone.
