The LG G Watch R is a smartwatch with a round display, Android Wear software, and a dust and water resistant case.
It’s the second Android Wear device from LG, and it went on sale in Korea last month. Now AT&T will begin selling the G Watch R in the US.
It launches November 5th for $299.
The watch has a 1.3 inch, 320 x 320 pixel plastic OLED display with 245 pixels per inch.
It has a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of storage. It’s powered by a 410mAh battery and the watch features sensors for tracking steps, checking your heart rate, or monitoring other activities.
You can submerge the watch into up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes, which means you can take it in the shower or for a quick swim… or just not have to worry about getting sweat on the G Watch R while you’re exercising.
The watch can pair the watch with a phone running Android 4.3 or later to view notifications on your wrist, search the web, ask questions, or composes messages with your voice, or use third-party apps.
Now where have I seen that design before, oh yeah, casio g-shocks: https://cdn.watchshop.com/profiler/thumb_cache/zoom/99963390_v_1382456881.jpg
I’m not a fan of the styling, much rather have a moto 360 in grey even if the battery life is worse.
I actually love the style and now I know why! I have over ten casio gshock watches lol
