Lenovo is adding a new 10 inch Android tablet to its Yoga lineup. The new Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features a 1920 x 1200 pixel full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, and Android 4.3 software.

It’s expected to hit the streets in April for $349 and up.

The new Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ joins last year’s 8 and 10 inch Yoga tablets. What sets the new model apart is the full HD display and the switch from MediaTek to Qualcomm processors.

What sets all of these tablets apart from just about anything else on the market is Lenovo’s promise of 18 hours of battery life and an unusual shape which lets you hold the tablet like a magazine with pages folded over thanks to the bulky battery compartment being pushed to one side. That also shifts the weight to one side so that you can use a small built-in kickstand to prop up the tablet on a table or desk.

Lenovo calls the Yoga Android tablets 3-mode devices with “hold,” “stand” and “tilt” modes since you can use the stand to prop up the tablet at angles between 30 and 80 degrees.

The Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features 2GB of RAM, 16GB to 32GB of storage, a microSD card slot, front-facing stereo speakers, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 an 8MP rear camera and 1.6Mp front-facing camera and a 9000mAh battery.

In select regions it will be available with GSM, Edge, and WCDMA 3G capabilities, but there are no plans to offer a 3G model in the US. The tablet measures 0.32 inches at its thickest point and weighs 1.35 pounds.

  1. excellent price,I hopeit support 900MHz HSPA+ unlike 2100MHz only lenovo phones

  2. Niiiice. I quite like this design but the low resolution on the older models was holding me back.

  3. Hmm, only two models with fixed specs? Maybe it’ll be more successful than the A10 then which afaik still isn’t available in its 2GB RAM incarnation, let alone the models with built in 3G.
