Lenovo hasn’t made any official announcements about a new ThinkPad model with a 12.5 inch display, but an Engadget tipster found a spec sheet at Lenovo’s web site for a ThinkPad X220 with what appears to be Lenovo’s new favorite screen size.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X220 will have a 1366 x 768 pixel LED backlit display, with an optional IPS screen for wide viewing angles. The laptop will be available with a Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 processor and supports up to 8GB of DDR3 memory. It weighs less than 3 pounds and features an Express Card slot, SD card reader, VGA port, 3 USB port,s and a Display Port.

Lenovo is also claiming that the X220 will be able to get up to 15 hours of run time with a 9 cell battery, or 23 hours if you get an external battery pack.

There’s no word on the price or release date yet.
