The Huawei Ideos S7 Slim tablet which showed up at Mobile World Congress last month may be heading to the US soon. This week the FCC published test results, pictures, and a user manual related to the tablet.

The new tablet featurse a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 7 inch 800 x 480 pixel capacitive touchscreen display, and Google Android 2.2. The version on the FCC web site supports GSM, EDGE, and WCDMA, suggesting that it may be available for AT&T’s network at some point.

The Huawei S7 Slim also features WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS, HDMI output, and cameras on the front and back. The back panel is removable, allowing you to replace the battery or SIM card — something that’s pretty common for Android smartphones, but not exactly typical for tablets.

The 7 inch tablet is expected to sell for about $300.
