Xavier at Notebooks.com has posted an unboxing video of the HP Mini 1000 netbook. There’s nothing particularly special about the packaging, but one thing I noted is that the battery bucks the netbook battery trend in size and shape. Instead of fitting onto the back of the laptop, the HP Mini 1000’s 3 cell battery fits into a hole on the bottom of the unit.
