Dell has announced that the Dell Streak is now available in Canada from Rogers. The 5 inch tablet/phone/Android thingamajig will run you $149.99 when you sign up for a 3 year service contract.

The Dell Streak has a 5 inch capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and access to the Android Market. At 5 inches, it’s a bit large to call a phone… but it functions like one and fits in your pocket if you have very large pockets, so it’s a bit small to call a tablet. Oh yeah, and it makes phone calls, unlike 3G capable tablets from some other companies.

If you don’t want to sign yourself up for a 3 year plan you can get the Dell Streak contract-free for $549.99 in Canada.

The Dell streak is already available from wireless carriers (and Dell) in the US and UK.
