The Dell Streak 7 Android tablet is now available for purchase. It runs $199.99 if you pick up the 4G capable tablet with a 2-year contract from T-Mobile. The contract-free price is $449.99.

The tablet has a 7 inch, 800 x 480 pixel capacitive touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass, a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, and runs Google Android 2.2. It has 16GB of storage, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS capabilities, and an HSPA+ mobile broadband modem.

There’s a 1.3MP front-facing camera, a 5MP rear-facing camera with auto focus and a flash, and a 2780mAh battery.

The tablet has gotten pretty lukewarm reviews at best, but the on-contract price isn’t bad.

You can purchase the tablet from Dell or T-Mobile.
