So I don’t know if you’ve heard, but Apple introduced new iPhone and iPod touch models today. They don’t go up for pre-order until Friday, but if you don’t need the latest and greatest, you can get some pretty good deals on the company’s older hardware.
The iPhone 4 is now available for free when you sign up for a 2-year wireless contract, and the iPhone 4S is just $99.
Meanwhile, the 8GB 4th generation iPod touch is gone, but you can get a 16GB model for $199 — the same price Apple was charging yesterday for a model with half that storage.
Or if you prefer Amazon’s offerings but don’t feel the urge to pick up a Kindle Fire HD or second-generation Kindle Fire, All4Cellular is offering refurbished first-generation Kindle Fire tablets for $130.
There also some great deals in today’s roundup for older B&N NOOK eReaders and tablets — and Barnes & Noble hasn’t even introduced a new tablet yet this year.
Here’s a roundup of the day’s best deals.

The good news: if you don’t make or own any of these devices, and you’re a buyer, these price drops make things more affordable.
The bad news: if you make or bought any of these devices, or you’re a seller, these price drops are hell to deal with.
Moral of the story: if you don’t need it (it isn’t sufficient to just want it, you must need it), don’t buy it, use it or lose it(‘s value). Of course, notody ever really follows this, right?
Think I read somewhere that Barnes and Noble had their tablet on sale for $133

OK, that is not bad at all… and it’s a pretty good indication B&N is either going to introduce a next-gen model or get out of the Android tablet space soon. 🙂
Looks like glyde has it at that price:

I’ve never heard of them though, and like to avoid posting deals from retailers I’m not familiar with.
