The Acer Aspire R13 is a notebook with a 13.3 inch touchscreen display that folds back 180 degrees so you can close the lid and hold the notebook like a tablet. It’s available with full HD or WQHD displays and there are currently models available with Broadwell and Haswell chips.
While the list price for this convertible notebook is about $1000, you can currently buy one for about half that price.

Acer’s R13 would only make sense to me with a digitizer that can recognize pen pressure.
Does it have that?
You can buy an active pen. It uses Synaptics technology like a Dell Venue Pro. So the active pen performance is closer to the Venue Pro then a Surface Pro. A Dell active stylus is compatible.
I recently bought the R13 Broadwell I5 for $480. Fantastic machine with a huge flaw… the keyboard fails to register all keystrokes. This is a know problem and supposedly ACER has a replacement keyboard that they can install if you make a service request. I am sending mine out for repair soon. I have about 5 missed keystrokes so far this paragraph, which I went back and edited.
So probably not worth the hassle for most. But I really like the display, and how you can move it closer to your eye level using Ezel mode (like in the picture above.) This really helps if you have less than perfect vision. But the keyboard is a nightmare.
That would certainly help explain the huge discount. The price-per-spec ratio is kind of crazy.
This keystroke issue seems to be an epidemic!
Both my 2014 Razer Blade and my 2013 Sony Haswell Ultrabook have that issue as well!
