A few weeks after Dell marked down the price of a Streak 7 Android tablet to $300, Amazon is offering one for almost $40 less. While the tablet ships with Google Android 2.2 Froyo, which is starting to look a little dated, if you’re willing to do a little tweaking you can install a custom ROM based on Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Or you could just wait for Dell to release its own Honeycomb update.

Anyone care to comment on how the above Hannspree notebook matches up with the Lenovo Ideapad in terms of its speed and performance based on those specs?
The CPU benchmark for intel pentium processor is 979 while E-350 is 729.
So, I take it the pentium is faster? But I take it there are other considerations for speed like the graphics card?
Yes, depending on what you’re doing then graphical performance can have a impact. The AMD graphics will be substantially better than the Intel GMA.
For AMD Fusion is more modern with features like the APU that helps the system better handle multi-tasking. So you could see an advantage if you multi-task a lot.
While the SU4100 lacks even hyper threading. So even though it’s dual core, performance for multi-tasking will be noticeably less efficient.
Getting support for the Lenovo should be easier as well versus Hannspree…
