Barnes & Noble’s NOOK Simple Touch is a 6 inch eReader with an E Ink screen. For a little more money you can also get the NOOK Simple Touch with GlowLight, which offers a side-light for reading in dim or dark environments.
Up until recently the GlowLight model sold for $119, but this weekend Barnes & Noble slashed $20 off the list price, making the NOOK Simple Touch with GlowLight the cheapest big-name eReader with a built-in light.
The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite, for instance, sells for $119, and the Kobo Glo costs $130.
This could be a sign that a new NOOK is on the way… or it could just be a sign that B&N wants its eReader to be more competitive.

Looks like they raised the price after I wrote this. That stinks.
