Acer is holding an event tomorrow to introduce its spring 2018 product lineup, but if you’re cool with buying last year’s tech, the Microsoft Store has a nice deal on the Acer Spin 1 convertible.
For $249 you can pick up this convertible Windows 10 tablet with an 11. inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel touchscreen display, a 360 degree hinge, and an active pen.
The notebook measures about 0.6 inches thick, weighs about 2.8 pounds, and ships with Windows 10 S, but you should be able to switch to the full version of Windows 10 if you want to be able to run apps that aren’t available in S Mode.
On the down side, this laptop has a relatively weak Intel Celeron N3350 dual-core processor, 4GB of RAM and just 32GB of eMMC storage. On the bright side, it has a microSD card slot and USB ports that you can use for additional storage, plus a headset jack, 802.11ac WiFI, and Bluetooth 4.0. And did I mention it’s just $249 today?
