Refurbs can be fine. The person that sent it back might just have been an idiot that didn’t know what they were doing. There is some risk involved yes but that’s why it’s deeply discounted.
 There is a difference from Refurbs and Pre-Owned, since refurbs are actually re-certified by the company they can be considered alright but Pre-Owned doesn’t guarantee anything.

pre-owned means someone else has trashed it and sent it back and you will have nothing but trbl with it……ITS USED !!!!!!!!!!
