Asus U24e

The Asus U24E may not technically be an ultrabook. But that’s mostly because it has a 500GB hard drive instead of a solid state disk and at 1.1 inches thick, it’s a little chunky by ultrabook standards.

But under this notebook has a 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 Sandy Bridge processor, and 4GB of RAM and weighs just 3.3 pounds. Best of all, at $720, it’s almost $300 cheaper than the Zenbook ultrabooks Asus does offer.

Here’s a roundup of some of the day’s best deals on mobile devices and accessories.
