QuickOffice Pro

Amazon is offering QuickOffice Pro for free in the Amazon Appstore. Every Amazon offers a free app of a day, but usually you only save a couple of bucks. QuickOffice, on the other hand runs $15 and up. The app lets you view, edit, and create Microsoft Office documents on a phone or tablet. It also has a file browser and PDF viewer.

If you’re not in the market for Android apps, there are plenty of other good deals making the rounds today, including cheap notebooks, tablets, and flash storage.

  1. Downloaded Quickoffice to my Transformer.  It works fine.  However, it’s about useless to me because there is no spell checker.

I’m sure glad that I didn’t have to pay for it!  I wouldn’t know how to return it.

  2. I don’t understand how an Android App can view and edit M$ Documents with no problems but LibreOffce can’t.
