The Asus Transformer Book T100 may have been released in 2013, but this 2-in-1 tablet still has enough horsepower for basic computing tasks, and it may be an even better value today than it was when it first launched.

That’s because Asus used to charge $400 for this 10 inch tablet with an Intel Atom Bay Trail processor and a detachable keyboard. But these days you can regularly find the Transformer Book T100 for less than half the price.

If you don’t mind buying refurbished hardware, TigerDirect has one of the best prices I’ve ever seen: you can buy a Transformer Book T100 for just $112… but note that this model has an Atom Z3735F processor, just 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.

If you’re looking for a slightly more capable model, Newegg has a version with 2GB of RAM for $150.

Upcoming deal:

Amazon’s original TV show Mozart In the Jungle took home some Golden Globes last weekend, and the company is celebrating this weekend by letting you stream the show for free from Friday, January 15th at 9:00PM Pacific through 11:59PM Pacific Time on Sunday, January 17th.

No Amazon Prime membership is required.

If you want a Prime membership though, you can get one for $73 during that same time period. Normally Amazon charges $99 for a 1-year membership to Prime, which includes free 2-day shipping on millions of items and free streaming of thousands of TV shows, movies, and MP3s, among other perks.

You can find more bargains in our daily deals section.
