The Samsung Chromebook might not be the most powerful laptop around, but it’s surprisingly versatile for a notebook that typically sells for around $200. Not only can it run Google’s Chrome OS, get around 6 hours of battery life, and start up almost instantly, this thin and light machine can also run Ubuntu or other Linux-based operating systems if you ask it nicely.
While the normal price is already pretty cheap, you can save about $20 by picking up a refurbished model. The only catch is that it only comes with a 90 day warranty.
