The Microsoft Surface RT might not be the most popular tablet on the market these days… but it keeps getting cheaper and cheaper, and that probably won’t hurt its popularity.
Originally priced at $499 and up, you can now pick one up for $349 — or save even more money by finding one on sale or by shopping for a refurbished model. Right now Microsoft is selling refurbished units for as little as $299.
Here are some of the day’s best deals.
- Refurb Microsoft Surface RT 32GB Windows RT tablet for $299 – Microsoft Store
- Microsoft Surface RT 32GB Windows RT tablet for $320 – Rakuten
- Refurb Acer Aspire S7 13″ touchscreen ultrabook for $770 – Concept Electronics (via eBay)
- Refurb Sony PRS-T2 6″ eReader for $60 – TigerDirect
- PNY 128GB USB 2.0 flash drive for $50 after rebate – TigerDirect
- Popular NOOK magazines for $1 per month (National Geographic, Maxim, Cosmo) – B&N

“The Microsoft Surface RT might be the most popular tablet on the market these days…”
Did you:
1) forget the “not” in that headline?
2) fail to actually check market share?
3) just shill for Microcruft?
1.
Refurb RT tablet for $300 doesn’t seem like a deal. Maybe at $200.
That Tiger Direct deal includes a $25 Sony gift card, making it a pretty sweet deal, even with the PRS-T3 coming out this month.
A cheap turd is still a turd :p
