The Acer C720p Chromebook is a Chrome OS laptop with an Intel Celeron Haswell processor, a touchscreen display, and a list price of $299, making it the cheapest Chromebook to ship with a touchscreen to date.
Now Best Buy is knocking $50 off even that price, making Acer’s Chromebook a little more attractive (for a limited time).
If even $249 is too much, you can pick up a refurbished Acer C710 Chromebook from Woot for about half the price. That model has an older, slower, and less efficient processor though.
