The Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 is a tablet with an 8.9 inch, 1920 x 1200 pixel display Amazon’s custom version of Android, and support for Amazon’s app, music, movie, and eBook stores. Amazon now offers a faster Kindle Fire HDX tablet for $379 and up, but if you’re looking for a bargain, the company is refurbished older models for just $129.

That’s a pretty great price fore a tablet with a full HD display and 16GB of storage… even if it does have a somewhat older 1.5 GHz TI OMAP 4 dual-core CPU.
