The Asus Transformer Mini may not be the most powerful 2-in-1 computer money can buy, but it’s a relatively compact option for folks that prefer a 10 inch tablet to a Surface Pro-like 12.3 inch or larger screen. And with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, it has beefier specs than older 10 inch Asus Transformer models.

When Asus launched the Transformer mini T102HA last year, it was priced at $399. But today you can pick one up from Amazon for $287.

  1. Having bought my fair share of low power devices (intel compute stick 1st gen, Nuvision 8″ tablet, GPD WIN, Lenovo Yoga 11e with Celeron cpu, ACEPC with Celeron cpu, Voyo vmac mini with pentium processor), I think I am never buying anything less than core M at a minimum again. The above devices are all good for watching, browsing, Playstation 1 or older emulation and other small tasks. But once you start pushing them the least bit, they really struggle to keep up.
