Earlier this year Blizzard started allowing users to download the original StarCraft real-time strategy game and the Brood War expansion for free.
Two decades after the game was released, it’s still a lot of fun to play… but the graphics are a bit dated.
Now you can also play the newer StarCraft II for free. Initially released in 2010, the game is now free-to-play. You can still pay for some features and additional campaigns, but you can play through the entire first campaign without paying a penny.
