The Apple iPad Air went on sale today, and Walmart is already selling it for $20 lower than Apple’s suggested retail price.

But the iPad Air isn’t the only Apple product on sale at the moment. Best Buy is offering $100 of the price of all the MacBook Air models it carries, and there are some nice discounts on refurbished iPod touch models for folks who want to run iOS apps, but don’t need another phone.

Here’s a roundup of some of the day’s best deals. Note that I don’t really recommend the Coby Kyros tablet I’ve included, but the price is so low that I bet someone can find a good use for a tablet with underwhelming specs and features.

You can find more bargains in our daily deals section.

  1. Coby went out of business earlier this year, after having lost a lawsuit from the MPEG licensing consortium. Apparently, Coby had been making DVD players without paying royalties to the MPEG group. The liquidator buying the Coby assets did not assume warranty liabilities, so Coby devices
no longer have any warranties. Buyer beware.

The Coby tablet deal has a resistive screen, poor resolution, and 512 MB RAM.

With iPod revenues falling sharply and no announcement of new iPods, there may not be any
new iPod models coming from Apple.
