It’s not a very good Windows tablet. It has a lousy display and just 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. But it runs mobile and desktop apps and even comes with a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365.

The difference between $100 android and $100 windows tablets is performance is better on windows tablets. Hardware sucks on both but that’s what you will get for $100.
Hopefully HP stream 7 display is good.
