Price as $120, the Toshiba Encore Mini is the cheapest Windows tablet you can buy, (although that might not remain the case for long).

It’s not a very good Windows tablet. It has a lousy display and just 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. But it runs mobile and desktop apps and even comes with a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365.

If $120 still seems like too much to pay, you can save a bit of cash today. The Microsoft Store is selling the tablet for just $99.

  1. The difference between $100 android and $100 windows tablets is performance is better on windows tablets. Hardware sucks on both but that’s what you will get for $100.

Hopefully HP stream 7 display is good.
