There’s a new Dark Crystal prequel series coming soon to Netflix… and you can try to prepare yourself by rewatching the original, ground-breaking 1982 movie over and over.

But if you really want to geek out over the world created by Jim Henson, you might want to check out the latest Humble Bundle deal on digital comics from Boom! Studios.

It includes several Dark Crystal titles, as well as other Jim Henson-related contents including Fraggle Rock and The Storyteller comics. You can pay as little as $1 to unlock select titles or as much as $15+ to get the full full set.

Here are some of the day’s best deals.

  1. that sounds both interesting and a little depressing. I have watched Dart Crystal. It starts in a depressing time but gets better when the two halves are re-united. Perhaps that is how the series ended? It would be like when George Lucas came out with 4, 5 and 6 movies of Star Wars and brought out 1, 2 and 3 later?
