Amazon Prime Day is a week away, but Amazon has already begun offering deep discounts on a range of products. Today’s deals include some of the lowest prices I’ve seen for refurbished Amazon devices (including the Fire HD 8 tablet for $40 and Echo Show smart speaker for $110). And a bunch of Anker chargers, cables, and other accessories are also on sale.
There’s one small catch: you need to be an Amazon Prime member to score some of the best discounts. But you can sign up for a 30-day free trial if you’re not already a member and cancel next month if you don’t want to keep paying.
And if you’d rather avoid the Amazon ecosystem altogether, Google is also running sales on a bunch of its devices: you can pick up a Chromecast for $25, a Chromecast Ultra for $49, or a Google Home Mini for $34, just to name a few items that are currently on sale.

And the captcha you use is AWFUL. I choose the correct sign 20 times….Almost not worth commenting.
Thanks for persisting. I’ve fixed the typo. The captcha is actually Google’s reCaptcha, but it can be a bit aggressive at times. I’ve temporarily disabled it, but I’ll probably turn it on again if spam picks up.
*Painful*
Thanks though. I’m a twice-daily visitor. On a VPN.
