The Lenovo 10e Chrome OS tablet is on sale for $90 today, which is the lowest price I’ve ever seen for a Chrome OS tablet. Just keep in mind that the price tag doesn’t include a keyboard.
Meanwhile you can still pick up an HP Pavilion Aero 13 thin and light laptop with a Ryzen 5000U processor for prices starting around $600. Best Buy is running a 72-hour flash sale with deals on PCs, TVs, speakers and headphones, and much more. And Roku’s most affordable 4K-ready media streamer is even more affordable than usual now that the Roku Premiere is on sale for just $20.

Here are some of the day’s best deals.

I have owned the Lenovo Tab M8 FHD Android 9 tablet for 1 year now with no issues… it is working perfectly and has excellent battery life. It can’t do 1080p and 4k Netflix streams as it is missing a DRM component (Widevine DRM?)… you will get a 720p stream.
I bought it for $100 on a Black Friday deal.
That Kobo Libra H20 is sold through Walmart by a company called Triplenet pricing. I know nothing about them except what I’ve read online (almost uniformly not-positive) but if you’re going to buy from them, their website has the same item for $99 instead of $130 ( https://www.triplenetpricing.com/KOBO-LIBRA-H20-BLACK-7IN-EPD ).
How about a deeper dive regarding the Lenovo 10e’s ability to run non-Chrome applications? It’s not on the list of Chromebooks able to run Linux or install the Play Store, yet I gather it can run applications for Linux or Android which have been compiled for 64-bit ARM. In practical terms, what can users not recompiling OSs or applications do outside of Chrome OS on the 10e?
