32 is no longer viable for Windows 10 x64. I performed a fresh installation of Windows 10-2004 yesterday on a 32GB mini pc and it took 23GB out of the available 28GB. There wasn’t enough space to upgrade to 20H2. Fortunately, Windows allows us to use an external USB storage to supplement the tiny internal one during the upgrade so I managed to finish the update but it’s not worth the hassle.
