The Barnes & Noble NOOK HD is a tablet with a 7 inch, 1440 x 900 pixel display, a customized version of the Android 4.0 operating system, and a 1.3 GHz TI OMAP 4470 CPU. B&N is taking pre-orders for $199 and up, and expects to deliver the tablet starting November 8th.

That’s just a few weeks away, so it’s not surprising that the 7 inch tablet just showed up at the FCC website.
