Asus may be preparing to launch a new 10 inch tablet with an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor. Last month a 10 inch tablet with Asus MeMO Pad branding showed up at the FCC. This week the MeMO Pad made it through the Bluetooth SIG website.

According to the Bluetooth page, the tablet features a 10.1 inch multitouch display, a Tegra 3 quad-core processor, and obviously Bluetooth. I think WiFI is also probably a given.
Asus has been showing off MeMO prototypes for two years at this point, but few models have actually been released outside of Asia.
The name usually indicates that Asus plans to bundle some sort of stylus with the tablet for note-taking. But Asus scrapped last year’s plans for a low-cost 7 inch MeMO tablet to instead build the $199 Google Nexus 7.
It’s possible that the new 10 inch model will bring back the stylus… or it could be a bigger, slightly pricier version of the Nexus 7.
