Asus has quietly upgraded a half dozen of its 10 inch netbooks with shiny new 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N570 dual core processors. We already knew that the Eee PC 1015PX packed the latest dual core Atom chip, but the folks at Netbook News also spotted new versions of several other netbooks with Atom N570 chips:

  • Asus Eee PC 1015PN with Atom N570, NVIDIA ION 2 graphics
  • Asus Eee PC 1018P with Atom N570, brushed aluminum case
  • Asus Eee PC T101MT convertible tablet with touchscreen display and Atom N570
  • Asus Eee PC 1008P Karim Rashid Edition with Atom N570, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium and designer lid

The updates aren’t all reflected on the Asus web site yet, but you can find listings at B&H, ExcaliberPC, and several other stores.
