Asus hasn’t announced a US launch date for the Eee PC 1008HA yet. But the netbook is due out in the UK this week with an estimated price tag of around £379 or $570 US. But computer importer Dynamism is taking pre-orders for the netbook for just $449.99. They’re expected to begin shipping on May 25th.
Now, bear in mind, Dynamism isn’t really known for bargain basement pricing. The company typically picks up computers that aren’t available in the United States and ships them to the US for a small markup. So if Dynamism is charging $450, there’s a chance you’ll be able to find the same computer for a lower price once it’s officially related in the states.
