Asus has made a full set of Windows drivers available for the Eee PC 1005HA, which was announced earlier this week. On Wednesday, the company created a support page for the netbook, but at the time no drivers were available. Today, you can download BIOS tools, power utilities, and drivers for the chipset, audio, video, touchpad, and other hardware.
What’s interesting is that the Asus support site refers to the netbook as the Eee PC 1005HAB, while we’d been hearing that Asus would release two models in France, labeled the Eee PC 1005HA-H, and the Eee PC 1005HA-M.
Perhaps the 1005HAB is a different model, or the same device but with a different name for launch in a different part of the world.
thanksssssssssssss
I bet the “B” denotes the Best Buy version?
