In non-Amazon news, I also just noticed that several retailers are selling the Samsung Chromebook Plus for $30 off.

This 12.3 inch convertible Chromebook with a touchscreen display and support for pen input was already a cheaper alternative to the new Samsung Chromebook Pro. The two Chrome OS convertibles have nearly identical features, but the Pro model has an Intel Core M processor and sells for $550, while the Plus model has a hexa-core ARM-based processor from Rockchip and a $450 list price.

But right now it’s on sale for $420 at Amazon, B&H, Abt, and Best Buy.
