The Airis Kira 700 is a 10.2 inch netbook available in Spain for about 299 Euros. What sets this laptop apart from other netbooks isn’t the specs. Most of those are pretty much standard. It’s the fact that you an pick up the laptop without an operating system installed. It’s also available with Windows XP, but that’s hardly a distinguishing feature.
As for the rest of the specs, here’s what you get: 10.2 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160Gb hard drive, 3 USB ports, VGA output, 1.3MP webcam, Etehrnet, Bluetooth, 802.11g WiFI, mic and headphone jacks.
The computer weighs 3.2 pounds, measures 10.2″ x 7.1″ x 0.75″ ~ 1.7″ and has a 4.5 hour battery.

Why should anybody pay more for less? You can get a decent 10 inch netbook with better specs (and XP) easily for 270 to 280€ – e.g. Asus 1005HA-M.
Ask people with Macs…they seem to do that a lot.
This just does not make sense when there’s options such as the Hannspree HANNSnote SN10E1 here in Spain for around €270 (VAT included). Save €30 and get a valid XP license (even if you won’t use it, as in my case):
